He is an experienced Executive Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Senior Consultant and CEO and Director of several coaching, training and consultancy companies both in the UK and internationally. He has a wealth of corporate experience in HRD, Operational Performance Delivery, Change Management.

He is a popular conference and motivational speaker.

He has over 30 years Police Service experience as a Senior Police Officer and he has worked extensively at strategic level in the private, public and third sector. In the UK, he has worked on numerous UK Government working groups and initiatives, many of which have been overseas. David has worked extensively across the world on numerous projects, engagements and missions.

His Training Company delivers training programmes on a wide range of topics, subjects and disciplines including Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership Development, which are all accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
