Al Mouj will host a BBF meeting later this year & this will no longer be an issue as the bar is now open! Congratulations to Ronan Murphy Associate Director of Turner & Townsend, a new BBF member and, fortunately, a keen golfer, winner of the 4 ball Al Mouj business card draw. We were also delighted to welcome members of the recently formed ABGO (Australian Business Group Oman) to last night’s meeting. Our next meeting, scheduled for the 3rd. February, will be at the Embassy Club sponsored by Barclays.

Memorial For Irene Bedwin

In November, the BBF lost a stalwart supporter, and for many the face of the British Embassy in Muscat. The Embassy is planning a memorial for Irene Bedwin at the Embassy on February 6th at 2.30 p.m to which BBF members are invited. She will be much missed.
