A big thank you to Manoj Sharma Business Unit Head of “The Movers” for sponsoring his 3rd. BBF meeting to introduce his new relocation company.

Moving is part of expat life and, sadly, HMA the British Ambassador is also On the Move and will be leaving Oman at the end of the month.

He has been invited to take up the position of deputy Private Secretary to the Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, dealing with Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs. This is a great honour and the good news is that the post includes plenty of involvement with this region so he will be coming back to the Sultanate!

Jamie has done a great deal for the Business Community in Oman during his 3 years here and will be much missed.

The BBF presented Jamie with a copy of Alan Reed’s Watercolour Sketchbook of Oman.
